CALL TO ARMS - Join the Pride of “Lion’s Pride” volunteers

Calling all fans of Langwarrin Soccer Club and community supporters!
The club is looking to establish a band of enthusiastic volunteers to help on game days and make our club events even more special.

Whether you can lend a hand at barbecues, assist with ground marshalling, or assist with general tasks, your support is invaluable!

What’s in it for you?
As a token of our appreciation, all volunteers will receive a stylish club polo embellished with the Lion’s Pride volunteer badge and refreshments on game days.

Flexible Commitment
Joining the “Lion’s Pride” is purely on a voluntary basis with a roster system, so you can choose when you’re available.

For just $125 you’ll receive entry to all 13 senior men’s VPL1 home games or access to our members-only livestream for the 2026 season — under $10 per match to back the club and soak up every moment, at the game or at home.

Be an active member and get:
• Access to all livestreams via the Veo app or desktop (Link emailed prior to each game).
• Entry to all home games at Lawton Park.
• Club membership with voting rights at the AGM.

Your membership directly supports the club’s day-to-day operations, player development, facility upkeep, and community programs. By joining you provide vital, reliable income that helps us plan ahead, invest in youth pathways, and keep Lawton Park a thriving home for football for years to come.

Please note: match-day entry fees will rise to $15 in 2026 per Football Victoria recommendations. Entry is only permitted with proof of membership — otherwise standard gate admission will apply.

FIFA Tournament Entry | Junior Ages 12-17

This exciting event brings together players, supporters, and friends for a social evening of gaming, friendly rivalry, and community spirit. Whether you're a seasoned FIFA player or just keen to get involved, this is a great opportunity to connect with others and support the club.

All proceeds from the night will go directly towards supporting our teams, facilities, and ongoing club initiatives — so every ticket purchased makes a real difference.

Get ready to compete, have some fun, and be part of a great day at the club!

EVENT DETAILS
Junior Day session for Players aged between 12-17 (Limited to 48 players)
Date : Saturday 25th of July
Time : 1.00 PM
Location : Lawton Park Clubrooms

EVENT FORMAT
* Straight knockout tournament.
* 4-minute halves.
* Teams to be selected randomly on the day.

 RULES OF THE GAME
• Standard FIFA settings with 4-minute halves
• Straight knockout format
• Players must stay with the team they select for the entire tournament
• No pausing during gameplay to make substitutions
• Substitutions can only be made when the ball goes out of play
• Each player is allowed one substitution window per half, plus one at halftime (maximum of 3 substitution opportunities per game)
• If scores are level at full time, game goes to penalties
• Any unsportsmanlike behaviour or cheating may result in disqualification
• Players must be ready for their match when called to keep the tournament running on schedule
